Springer Conference Paper Submission
Only original, unpublished work is accepted. Papers must not be under review elsewhere.
Full paper: 10–12 pages (max 15–20 if allowed). Short paper: 4–6 pages.
Use official Springer Word/LaTeX templates (LNCS/CCIS). Do not alter margins, fonts, or styles.
Title, Author(s) with affiliation(s), Abstract (<250 words), Keywords, Main Text (Intro–Method–Results–Conclusion), Acknowledgments, References (Springer style).
All papers will be screened through Turnitin/iThenticate for plagiarism. Similarity >15% may lead to rejection. Use of AI-generated or paraphrased content without proper attribution is strictly prohibited. If detected, the paper will be immediately rejected.
Submit via the conference system (EasyChair/ConfTool). Follow double-blind review rules if applicable (remove author details). On acceptance, upload camera-ready version (Word/LaTeX source + PDF) and sign Springer Licence to Publish.
Must be clear, high-quality, with captions. Permissions required for third-party material.
Respect submission, revision, and camera-ready deadlines. Late submissions will not be included in proceedings.
